The Nari Shakthi Fincubation Centre is a prestigious project put forward by Hornbill Finance Limited in association with the Disha Foundation. It aims to induct five lakh new women entrepreneurs into the Indian economy within five years, starting in 2024 and ending in 2031.
As a short-term target, it aims to field one lakh women entrepreneurs in the 2025 Vijayadashami as the Nari Shakthi conference.
Hornbill Finance Limited, headed by its Chairman, T V Gopinath, and Executive Director, K K Vijayakumar, Rajeevu ma along with Disha Managing Director, Doctor Indira, are the key players in this mega project termed as the Nari Shakthi Fincubation Centre.
Disha, through the Nari Shakthi Fincubation Centre, aims to identify women with entrepreneurial qualities, train them, help them obtain financial assistance from Hornbill Finance Limited, assist in acquiring raw materials, ensure financial management, educate about risk management and damage control, and aid in obtaining quality skilled and unskilled labor. In short, Disha proposes a comprehensive and integrated action plan for women in this country.
It aims to awaken the dormant power of Nari Shakthi in India. In our Puranas, the Devas prayed for the Supreme Power to rescue them, and it incarnated as Maa Durga and rescued the Devas. To protect the people of India, lead them to progress and prosperity, we need to awaken our Nari Shakthi. It is the dream of our great Prime Minister, Sri Narendra Modiji, to achieve a five-trillion-dollar economy. The Nari Shakthi Fincubation Centre is a small step in this regard.
There are ten sectors in this program that are directly connected with the lives of the people of this country. Each sector consists of 50,000 women entrepreneurs in the list.
It is planning to create a five-member entrepreneurs group for easy and transparent operations. An amount of ten lakh rupees is given to the joint account business concern of the members. All entrepreneurs have equal responsibilities and rights in their businesses.
